Choose Sealark for up to four guests, a dog-friendly stay and the coast path, with Shoalstone Pool just below. Choose Sunberry for a larger group of up to seven, wide harbour views, three bedrooms and parking for up to three cars. Sealark welcomes well-behaved dogs. Sunberry does not accept pets. Please mention your dog when you enquire so we can confirm any conditions.

Yes. Both are family friendly, a cot is available and both have child safety measures on the stairs. Sunberry has several flights of stairs and Sealark’s garden leads towards the coast, so young children need close watching.

Neither cottage is fully accessible. Sealark has a comparatively level route towards town and a ground-floor WC, but the bedrooms and main bathroom are upstairs. Sunberry is on four floors and the walk back from the harbour is uphill. Please talk to us about your needs before you book.

Both are within walking distance. Sealark is about 15 minutes along the coast from the harbour. Sunberry is under 10 minutes downhill, with an uphill walk back. Times vary with pace and route.

The deposit, balance date and cancellation terms are set out in writing with every direct quote, before you book.

Yes. Longer-stay discounts and flexible arrival days may be available, especially outside the busiest weeks. Ask with your preferred dates.

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Arrival time can be changed by prior agreement. Parking before check-in may also be possible if arranged in advance.

Yes. Sealark has space for two cars, and extra or boat parking is sometimes possible by arrangement. Sunberry has a large, secure parking area opposite the house with space for up to three cars; boat or trailer space may be possible by arrangement.

Yes. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Both cottages also have starter essentials such as toilet roll, hand wash and cleaning materials.

Yes, both cottages have Wi-Fi. As with any home connection, speed can vary.
